New projects will be broken into lots at at attractive entry prices and an investor can buy multiple lots. The value of the lot appreciates as the construction is ongoing and can be sold or transferred at any time. Returns on the investment (rentals, short lets etc) will also be distributed to the investors
Regeneration will buy back any lots up for sale (Tenure must be over 6 months)
